Lauana Herbert
VP Customer Service
Lauana Herbert's path took an unexpected turn. Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, she trained as a doctor and spent years in the medical field, working ER shifts in Australia and tackling health issues on cruise ships. Each role deepened her passion for helping others and expertise in public health.
After getting an MBA from USC Los Angeles and a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University in NYC, Lauana landed an innovative role as the first Public Health Officer for Disney Cruise Line. She overhauled health protocols to Disney's lofty standards.
But in 2022, as Brazil Person of the Year for the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Lauana got inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her fellow Brazilians. Blending her health care background's service mindset with her elite business training, she pivoted to co-found a digital marketing agency.
Now Lauana's driving a new mission - empowering Brazilian entrepreneurs to thrive online. With strategic know-how and a knack for transformative ideas, she's channeling her boundless energy to unlock success for her people, one digital breakthrough at a time.

Luiz has always had entrepreneurship in his DNA, founding his first company on the Internet in 2006.
In 2011 he opened his digital marketing agency with a total focus on performance.
It was one of Google's first certified partners in Brazil, and over the years it has helped dozens of companies from around the world to establish themselves on the Internet and see their revenues multiply.
